Livermore has always been home.
I grew up here, built my life here, and now help others find their place here. My work is personal: I want you to understand your choices and feel supported through every part of your move.
My roots run deep.
I attended Emma C. Smith Elementary, Mendenhall Middle School, and Granada High School. I earned my degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, and Livermore has remained home throughout my life.
My dad and grandpa were both real estate agents. I grew up seeing the work behind the scenes, including the hard conversations and unexpected details. Since becoming licensed in 2010, I’ve built my own approach around clear advice, careful planning, and follow-through.
What working together looks like
I start by listening. What matters most? What worries you? What timing and budget feel workable? From there, we build a plan around your situation.
For homeowners buying and selling together, that can mean a lender introduction, private tours before listing, and a coordinated preparation plan. For luxury buyers or investors, the priorities may be different. The attention stays personal.
I’ve made the tradeoffs, too.
When my husband and I bought our home, I wanted move-in ready. He wanted a yard, partly because a dog was next on our list. We liked South Livermore, and the options that met both priorities were outside our budget.
We widened our search and found the right home for us in North Livermore. Changing our preferred location let us keep the things that mattered most. Our golden retriever, Bear, would definitely vote for the yard.
Today, I live here with my husband and daughter. I love walks at Sycamore Grove, local markets, and exploring restaurants together.
